What is IONOSIA?
IONOSIA searches for products, compares the offers it finds side by side with the total price including shipping, and can also handle a purchase, rental or booking for you through a moderator.
Does IONOSIA sell the products?
Not the ones found on external stores. If you choose to buy directly, you buy on the original store's website under its terms, and IONOSIA takes no part. Items in the IONOSIA Marketplace are sold by independent sellers.
How does IONOSIA earn money?
When you buy from a store through a link on IONOSIA, that store may pay IONOSIA a commission. The price you pay does not change. Concierge services and featured listings have fees that are shown to you before you confirm.
How accurate are the prices?
Prices, shipping costs and availability come from other sources and can change at any time. Always check them on the seller's page before you pay.
What are Buy for me, Rent for me and Book for me?
You describe what you need and a IONOSIA moderator researches options by hand. You choose one and confirm every step. Nothing is bought, rented or booked, and you are not charged, until you confirm. Fees are shown before you confirm.
Can I pay on IONOSIA?
Not yet. Online payment and automatic purchasing from external stores are not connected. The site says so wherever it matters, and nothing is charged.
Why do I have to confirm my email and phone number?
It keeps accounts safe, stops abuse and lets us reach you about your requests and orders. Concierge requests and listings need both confirmed.
How do I sell something?
Open Sell, create a listing and submit it. Every listing is reviewed before it appears in the Marketplace.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Sign in, open your account settings and choose Delete account. You can also write to us and we will help.
