1. Who we are

2. What we collect

We collect only what the service needs:

• Account: name, email, phone number and country. Your password is stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form.
• What you create: saved addresses, concierge requests, marketplace listings and orders.
• Verification: codes and links sent to your email or phone, kept only as hashes, and the date you agreed to these documents.
• Technical: your IP address and basic request details, used for security and to prevent abuse, and your language choice. When you follow a link to another store, IONOSIA counts the click (which store, which day) without your IP address or account.

3. How we use it

To run your account, confirm your email and phone, handle your requests and orders, keep the service secure, stop abuse and follow the law. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Cookies

IONOSIA uses only two essential cookies: one that keeps you signed in and one that remembers your language. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.

5. Who receives data

We use service providers who process data for us:

• hosting and infrastructure;
• database storage;
• email delivery and SMS delivery, which receive your email address or phone number and the message;
• bot protection on sign-up and sign-in forms, which receives your IP address.
• Moderators and sellers see the details they need to handle your request or order. Authorities may receive data where the law requires it.

6. Transfers abroad

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where the law requires, we rely on approved safeguards for such transfers.

7. How long we keep it

While your account exists. When you delete your account we erase your data, except what the law requires us to keep. Security logs are kept only for a short time.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent. You can edit your profile and delete your account in your account settings, or write to artursyan1996@gmail.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

9. Security

We protect data with encrypted connections, hashed passwords and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

10. Children and changes

IONOSIA is not for people under 18. We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version.
